What a great post Andrea, thanks for sharing! This is oh so true. Sometimes you just have to put a smile on your face and laugh, even if you don’t want to!

Sarah Bailey - April 28, 2011 - 6:48 am

So true. I just love you and all your honesty.

Andrea - April 28, 2011 - 9:30 am

Thanks Sarah! I don’t mean to always act like someone I am not, but that sometimes I have to be myself on purpose… if that makes an sense :D

i was in speech and debate in high school. we had to be dressed, ready, and AT SCHOOL at 6:00am. on a saturday.

i wasn’t a morning person at all. i’m still not. but i’d just plaster a smile on my face until i felt like actually smíling. and it worked.

eventually, the smile would be genuine.

Have a Lovely Easter

I love these wooden eggs that I wrapped in lace. It’s an easy rustic DIY Easter project for anyone who wants a lovely centerpiece without any fuss. You can use scraps of lace & the eggs can be re-used year after year. We all love something that is eco-friendly, right? For many of you it...

Seafoam Wedding Color Love

seafoamweddingcolor

Pantone chose Honeysuckle 18-2120 as the color of the year. It is beautiful, but to be honest, I keep coming across varieties of Seafoam. Especially in interior & wedding design. It isn’t as strong as staples like Turquoise, Aqua, or Kelly Green, yet embodies all the brightness & energy of their hues. It also delicately...

I am really excited to share Stephen & Autumn’s wedding story with you today! It’s amazing how they lived several states away and didn’t meet until they both lived in a foreign country. They fell in love while serving as missionaries in beautiful Haiti. Autumn took a risk by having her wedding in March, but...
